Scott is the chairman & CEO of The Macedonia Community Development Corporation (Macedonia CDC), which was founded in 2015 to transform Watts and greater South Los Angeles into vibrant, healthy communities of productive citizens. Through tailored programming and partnerships with public and private entities, Macedonia CDC inspires, supports and empowers the people of Watts.

Scott leads Macedonia CDC’s partnerships with public and private entities that benefit Watts and directly advance historically marginalized communities.

He also develops and advances the organization’s programming and has helped area residents gain skills and access to resources that are required to build sustainable businesses and communities. Macedonia CDC’s resources include in-depth business counseling, classroom training, and peer-to-peer learning and covers areas such as business plan development, marketing, permits and licensing, web development and more.
