Rev. Dr. Shane B. Scott is an experienced coalition-builder who is leading community development efforts throughout Los Angeles, California. His direct focus on inclusion has naturally created opportunities for Scott to lead a diverse range of civic, non-profit, and corporate collaborations. His efforts are transforming Watts and South Los Angeles one block at a time by implementing comprehensive strategies and establishing meaningful relationships that have empowered him to become a recognized change agent.
THE MISSION
To design and implement development strategies that transform and empower the lives of those living in Watts while creating a solutions-based model that inspires change through local policy, proper representation and inclusion that will be replicated in similar communities around the United States.
THE VISION
To align with corporate and private institutions that are interested in improving governmental systems and policies to eradicate injustices. By providing comprehensive resources and engineering a redesigned community development infrastructure, our coalition is positioned to generate opportunities for citizens who desire to advance yet are trapped by their environment and lack of access.
